I am the Regional Vice President with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Miami and for over ten years have managed large commercial arbitrations and mediations. I've been mediating much longer, but no need to count the years! I'm also a member of the AAA-ICDR Foundation Grants Committee, a charitable foundation that funds innovative ADR work currently focused on access to justice, community dialogue, racial injustice and service to underserved populations. I have a Doctorate of Philosophy from the Department of Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University.
