About the event
This session will focus on the role and authority of the international arbitrators pursuant to the ICDR system with a specific focus on managing expectations regarding the efficiency between Common Law and Civil Law parties in International Arbitration. The panel will discuss the exchange of information phase. Additionally, the panel will focus on other options the ICDR arbitrators have regarding the efficient management of the case, including early disposition, adverse inference, privilege and the applicable law.
