The MIAS Arbitrators Committee brings together the neutrals at the heart of our community — a peer space for the candid exchange of ideas. Co-chaired by Don Hayden and Luis O'Naghten, the committee supports the professional development of MIAS arbitrators at every stage of their practice and serves as a forum for the issues shaping the field. The conversation extends beyond the committee through Neutral Ground • Miami, a new podcast hosted by Don and Luis — bringing the same spirit of collegial inquiry to a wider audience.
