Miami Law is prominently positioned, both academically and geographically, for the study of international arbitration. The WHITE & CASE INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION LL.M. PROGRAM provides a unique individualized educational curriculum offering in-depth knowledge and skills in the field of international arbitration as a platform for a successful career. Students receive career advising tailored to their individual interests and professional goals. Students also have the opportunity to attend international job fairs, participate in internships with leading international arbitration firms and institutions, compete in international arbitration moot court competitions around the globe, attend international arbitration conferences, publish in legal journals, and get involved in professional arbitration organizations. After graduation, the LL.M. Program provides post-graduation options for students to sit for the bar exam in several U.S. states and obtain a one-year post-graduation optional practical training (OPT) work permit. Miami Law also offers a J.D./LL.M. Joint Degree in International Arbitration.
