Bridging the Gap

This program will explore the expanding commercial activity and cross-border investments between Latin America and the Middle East. Miami and Dubai increasingly are hubs for this activity, with important investments across the regions originating from or flowing through these centers. The panelists include members with considerable experience doing business across these regions and representing various perspectives, including counsel from the region, geopolitical advisors, and key business decision makers. The panel will concentrate on factors that need to be considered when exploring business opportunities and investments across these regions, including risk mitigation and dispute resolution.
