Panama Young Arbitrators (PANYARB) is a social and academic interaction platform for young professionals interested in arbitration. Its aim is to promote the practice of arbitration by implementing programs and projects with national and international impact. PANYARB collaborates with law firms, arbitral institutions and arbitration organizations, in organizing arbitration-related conferences, round tables, moot courts and events.

PANYARB promotes:
-Promote arbitration among young professionals (under 40 years old) in Panama.
-Provide foundational knowledge and training for the professional development of future arbitrators.
-Regularly organize talks and seminars to encourage communication and debate among participants.
-Expose young professionals to new trends and developments in commercial arbitration and investment.

PANYARB's mission is to to be an organization that seeks to educate and promote the practice of arbitration as a method of conflict resolution to Panamanian students and young professionals through the participatory implementation of programs and projects with national and international impact.

PANYARB's vission is to be a national reference for the high value and impact on the development of arbitration and the promotion of this practice in educational institutions, professional associations, companies, and public administration in the Republic of Panama.
