Young MIAS is pleased to announce its 2025 Leadership Team:
Enrique Molina, Chair
Natalia Jaramillo & Brian Vaca, Vice-Chairs
Thayane Machin Martinez, Academic Liaison
Blake Bierman, Secretary

Regarding the recent changes in the structure of Young MIAS, Young MIAS chair Enrique Molina shared the following:
“Young MIAS has undergone a salutary shake-up. We have done away with committee-specific leadership and have consolidated all executive power and programming responsibilities in a Leadership Team composed of one Chair, two Vice-Chairs, an Academic Liaison, and a Secretary. We expect a number of organizational efficiencies to flow from these changes. We also expect to be able to more effectively systematize our operations and reduce the person-specific burden that the prior organizational structure entailed.
Lastly – and most importantly – given the robust links that our leadership team has with the Miami, U.S., and LatAm markets, we will be sure to expand Young MIAS’s membership base and create stronger ties across the region. This is a decisive step in the right direction and we are sure that it will result in further growth and success for the organization. I could not be more excited about working with this amazing new team!”
